**Position: Remote Telecaller**

**Job Overview**:We are seeking a motivated and skilled Remote Telecaller to join our team at Ace Amaze. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, understanding their digital marketing needs, and promoting our diverse range of services. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing digital marketing business.

**Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing Ace Amaze's services and understanding their digital marketing requirements.

**Client Engagement**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication, showcasing the benefits of our services.

**Service Promotion**: Clearly articulate and promote Ace Amaze's offerings, including website development, SMM, PPC, and editing services.

**CRM Handling**: Utilize CRM tools to manage client interactions, update records, and ensure a seamless communication process.

**Language Proficiency**: Communicate fluently in both English and Hindi, ensuring effective communication with a diverse client base.

**Target Achievement**: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets by actively engaging with potential clients and promoting our services.

**Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from clients and communicate it to the relevant teams for continuous improvement in our services.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles is preferred.

**Digital Marketing Knowledge**: Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including website development, SMM, PPC, and editing services.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.

**CRM Proficiency**: Experience in handling CRM tools for effective client management.

**Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently, meet targets, and contribute positively to a remote team.
