Position Overview: The MCA Professor is responsible for delivering high-quality education in Computer Applications at the postgraduate level. This role involves teaching, research, curriculum development, and fostering an engaging learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Teaching and Learning:
Utilize innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student engagement and comprehension.

Assess student performance through exams, projects, and presentations.

2. Curriculum Development:
Participate in the design and continual improvement of the MCA curriculum in line with academic standards and NAAC guidelines.

Ensure that course content is relevant, up-to-date, and promotes critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

3. Research and Publication:
Engage in scholarly research in areas related to Computer Applications and publish findings in reputable journals.

Supervise and mentor students in their research projects and thesis work.

4. Academic Support and Mentorship:
Provide academic advising and support to students, helping them with course selections and career guidance.

Mentor junior faculty members and assist in their professional development.

5. Quality Assurance:
Adhere to NAAC guidelines concerning teaching quality, research output, and community engagement.

Participate in self-assessment and accreditation processes to maintain high academic standards.

6. Industry and Community Engagement:
Collaborate with industry partners to facilitate internships, workshops, and guest lectures for students.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
