As a Solution Architect/CRM Manager, you will be responsible for leading CRM projects, social listening initiatives, and WhatsApp for Business projects. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing a team of solution executives, and collaborating with the development team to ensure successful project delivery.

**Experience required**:
4+ years of professional experience in building integrated solutions like CRM, ERP, and other Digital Marketing channel integrations

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead CRM projects, social listening projects, and WhatsApp for Business projects from inception to completion.
- Design and develop CRM solutions and integrated solutions across channels to meet client requirements and business objectives.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions.
- Create detailed technical specifications, architectural designs, blueprints and project plans for CRM implementations.
- Ensure the successful integration of social listening tools and WhatsApp for Business functionalities into the brand’s digital marketing strategies.
- Manage and guide a team of solution executives, providing technical leadership, support, and mentoring.
- Conduct regular meetings and communicate effectively with the development team to align project priorities, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technologies, industry trends, and best practices to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering high-quality solutions, providing strategic advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities for CRM and integrated solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or CRM Manager, preferably within a digital marketing agency or a similar environment.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing CRM, ERP, HCM or CX solutions
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and hands-on experience with at least 2 platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento)
- Knowledge and understanding about the technical implementations and API documentations
- Google Analytics Power User
- Ability to adapt to new tools and softwares
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and inspire a team of solution executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate and establish rapport with clients, internal stakeholders, and development teams.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions within agreed timelines.
