We are looking for a **UI/UX and graphic designer **to join our 50+ strong software development organization located in Kolkata. The right person will be a motivated individual who is willing to be flexible, manage & coordinate project works with full ownership, and be able to coordinate with our clients/partners based internationally. The person needs to demonstrate good coordination skills and analytical ability.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficient in English
- Portfolio of design projects
- Must have Industry-specific UX designer skillsets like User research, UX writing, User testing, Visual communication, and UI
- Knowledge of Wireframe and Prototyping tools, VFX, and Motion Graphics
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Figma
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Curiosity and continuous learning
- Good time-management skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers
- Do user research, competitive analysis, and design wireframes
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
