Global Advertisers Pvt Ltd is seeking diligent and experienced retired police officers to join our team as Security and Compliance Officers. The primary responsibilities include monitoring CCTV cameras, ensuring billboards and hoardings are correctly placed, and handling any necessary documentation and compliance checks. This role is crucial in maintaining the security and regulatory compliance of our advertising installations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. CCTV Monitoring**:

- Regularly monitor live and recorded footage from CCTV cameras installed at various company locations.
- Identify and report any suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or security breaches.
- Ensure the CCTV system is operational and report any technical issues to the maintenance team.

**2. Site Inspections**:

- Conduct regular on-site inspections to verify that billboards and hoardings are placed in approved and strategic locations.
- Ensure installations comply with local regulations, company standards, and safety protocols.
- Document and report any discrepancies or issues found during site visits.

**3. Compliance and Documentation**:

- Review and maintain documentation related to the placement and maintenance of billboards and hoardings.
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained and updated for each advertising location.
- Prepare detailed reports on compliance status and any required changes or updates.

**4. Coordination and Communication**:

- Liaise with the installation team to ensure compliance with placement guidelines and rectify any issues.
- Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to stay updated on compliance requirements.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and relevant departments.

**5. Incident Response**:

- Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies related to the security of advertising sites.
- Investigate incidents and provide detailed reports, including corrective actions taken.

**6. Training and Guidance**:

- Provide training and guidance to staff on security protocols and compliance procedures.
- Share expertise and best practices in security and regulatory compliance with team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Retired police officer/compliance officer with a minimum of 10 years of service in law enforcement or a related field.
- Experience in surveillance, security monitoring, and compliance enforcement.
- Strong understanding of local regulations.
- Excellent observational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
