Job Summary

The E-Commerce Executive will assist in managing and optimizing the company’s presence on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth operations, sales growth, and customer satisfaction. This role involves product catalog management, inventory coordination, performance monitoring, and collaboration with multiple departments, including accounts, marketing, and logistics.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the E-Commerce Head in driving and managing the sales performance of the e-commerce platforms.

Constantly monitor the account performance and provide valuable insights to the E-Commerce Head on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps

Create and Manage the product catalogues across all platforms and keep it highly organised.

Working closely with inventory demand planning and warehousing teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment

Oversee the inventory and stock management in the e-commerce warehouse.

Assist in inventory documentation during receiving and dispatching goods. Also, coordinate the logistics wherever required.

Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, special offer performances and Sponsored /PPC Ads.

Manage all the MIS Reports as and when required.

SKILLS

Possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks and a demonstrable track record of handling similar posts.

Experience in account handling of major Indian multi-vendor e-commerce operations like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm Mall, Big Basket, Snapdeal, Udaan etc

Experience within digital marketing is an added advantage but not a qualifying criterion.

Excellent advanced knowledge in Spreadsheets/DB’s to manage and manipulate product data.

Basic photo editing skills are required.

Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.

A high level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation

Interpersonal skills - Patience, listening, and effective communicating

Attention to detail - Being able to follow procedures in the way the employer wants and keeps the customer experience consistent and in line with the company’s image

Discretion - Privy to personal or sensitive information.

Excellent communication skills

English (S,R,W), Hindi (S,R), Malayalam (S,R,W)

Salary -Up to 30k

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
