Ensure all proper fee components, language, and terms and conditions are in place
- Create and maintain procedure and process flow documentation.
- Provide assistance in regulatory reporting.
- Validate annual pricing changes are properly reflected within the green book and fee schedules.
- Deliver end solution while maintaining quick turn-around times and high quality standards.
- Design future state processes (with controls) in collaboration with users adhering to the definition of what ‘done’ means.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers and Customers to ensure Voice of Customer is incorporated into the design
- Undergraduate degree in Finance discipline. 1-3 years of relevant job experience. Proficiency in Salesforce is required. Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint are preferred.
- Ability to work within a virtual (off-shore) team environment and contribute to the overall timely delivery of multiple projects The Department / Team.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, attention to fine details.
- Strong organization and processing skills.
- Self-motivated, and comfortable working with large amounts of data.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
