MIS is going through an exciting journey to enhance the customer experience, increase automation and fortify its technology infrastructure.
- Process is a critical component of these changes. We need process owners to define, manage and control our processes
- Periodic management reporting on key organization initiatives and business trends and future state processes to help in strategic decision making.
- Leverage data - tracking, managing, reporting & generating insights; utilizing data to inform decisions.
- Identify and implement improvements to current state processes (including better controls)
- Work closely with function leaders/ cross functional teams to strengthen information channels. Optimize data collection process for monthly reporting
- Provide strategic inputs/ insights on key projects
- Assist in preparing strategic plans/ future roadmaps by analysing trends and forecast
- Identify/ implement automation opportunities & Process Improvements within the function for higher client impact
- Collaborate and co-create with functions creation of business presentations for senior leaders/ global visitors
- Drive data reliability, consistency, and adherence to report structures and timelines
- Ensure day to day delivery of reporting to define service standards (daily, weekly, and monthly) and continuously improve reporting processes
- Uphold and develop standards Operating Procedures to ensure that data is being collected, maintained, and modelled in a way that makes its retrieval efficient for analysis
- Bachelor’s degree required, Masters in Management Information Systems a plus
- Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills. Use of Macros in Excel would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of SQL, SharePoint
- Experience working in a technology team in a similar industry (banking/ finance) for a large organization would be highly desired
- Ability to multi-task and work well with deadlines
- Strong presentation and communication skills, attention to fine details
- Demonstrate ability to make recommendations to the senior management and influence business decisions based on thorough analysis.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work and solve problems independently, and be able to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment
- Strong organization and processing skills
- Self-motivated, and comfortable working with large amounts of data
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
