**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Counsel students or clients regarding courses, services, or relevant programs.
- Provide accurate information and guidance over the phone or in-person.
- Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly targets in terms of leads generated and conversions.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Handle queries, doubts, or issues professionally and promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th pass or any graduate degree.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or a similar customer-facing role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Telugu**.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
