Job Description:
- Duties and responsibilities for a Pizza chef:
1. Dough Preparation:
- Measure and mix the appropriate amounts of flour, water, yeast, and other ingredients to create the pizza dough.
- Knead and proof the dough to ensure the proper texture and rise.
- Portion the dough into individual balls for each pizza.
2. Sauce and Topping Preparation:
- Prepare the pizza sauce by mixing tomatoes, herbs, and spices.
- Chop, slice, or grate the various toppings, such as vegetables, meats, and cheeses.
- Ensure consistent portion control and quality of all ingredients.
3. Pizza Assembly:
- Use a rolling pin or tossing technique to stretch and shape the dough into the desired pizza crust.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
- Arrange the selected toppings in an appealing and balanced manner.
- Sprinkle the correct amount of cheese over the toppings.
4. Baking and Finishing:
- Load the pizza into a pre-heated oven, ensuring proper temperature and baking time.
- Monitor the pizza during baking, adjusting cooking times as needed to achieve the desired crust texture and doneness.
- Slice the baked pizza and plate it for serving, ensuring a professional and visually appealing presentation.
5. Quality Control:
- Taste test pizzas to ensure the flavor, texture, and overall quality meet established standards.
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve pizza recipes and preparation methods.
6. Customer Service:
- Communicate with customers to understand their preferences and dietary needs.
- Assist in the creation of custom or specialty pizzas to meet customer requests.
- Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints.
7. Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain adequate supplies of ingredients, dough, and other necessary materials.
- Communicate with the management team to place orders for replenishment.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of perishable items.

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
