**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role entails driving sales, devising marketing strategies, and expanding our student base. It's an exciting opportunity to contribute to VedPrep Chem Academy's growth while significantly impacting the academic journey of aspiring chemistry students.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve enrollment targets and revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking efforts.
- Cultivate relationships with prospective students, parents, educational counselors, and institutional partners.
- Conduct presentations, demos, and consultations to effectively communicate VedPrep Chem Academy's value proposition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Attend educational fairs, seminars, and networking events to represent VedPrep Chem Academy.
- Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and marketing ROI using CRM tools and analytics software.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales forecasts, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Stay informed about developments in the education sector and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- Proven success in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with creativity in developing marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
**Salary**: ₹25,000 per month
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
