**Key Responsibilities**

**Quality & Compliance**
- Implement rigorous QA processes and CI/CD pipelines to enable smooth and error-free software delivery.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure data protection and user trust.

**Stakeholder Communication**
- Translate complex technical strategies into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, marketing, and medical teams to support integrated platform development.
- Provide strategic input on platform architecture and scalability.

**Team Leadership & Development**
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the technology team, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Support the professional development of team members through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
- Set clear goals and monitor progress to maintain high team effectiveness.

**Platform Development & Infrastructure**
- Design and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, cloud services, networks, and hardware.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain secure, scalable databases and data systems.
- Ensure high availability and performance of systems with effective deployment and monitoring.
- Establish and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

**Strategic Leadership**
- Set department goals aligned with the organization’s vision, ensuring delivery against key business milestones.
- Optimize resource allocation to meet project timelines and performance goals.
- Manage the department’s budget strategically, balancing innovation with cost-efficiency.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 10+ years of leadership in software development, preferably in AI or healthcare technology.
- **Technical Stack**: Proficient in backend/frontend technologies (Python, Node.js, React/Next.js).
- **AI/ML Proficiency**: Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- **Compliance & Security**: Strong knowledge of data protection, secure system architecture, and healthcare compliance standards.
- **Leadership**: Demonstrated ability to manage and scale technical teams effectively.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- **Tools & Methodologies**: Agile/Scrum, Git, AWS/GCP, DevOps pipelines.
- **Project Management**: Experience leading complex IT projects from inception to completion.
