**Job Summary**: As a Phone Banking Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support over the phone. Your role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, promoting banking products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**: - Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints over the phone.
- Provide customers with information on various banking products and services.
- Cross-sell banking products to existing and new customers.
- Identify and convert opportunities for cross-selling.
- Adhere to information security norms and quality process standards.
- Comply with banking rules and regulations.
- Document and record customer interactions accurately.
- Participate in sales activities and campaigns.

**Required Skills**: - Average communication skills in English and local languages.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

**Qualifications**: - Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade pass; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service or banking is advantageous but not mandatory.
