We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Placement Coordinator to join our team. It will be responsible for managing and enhancing the institute’s training and placement activities. This role involves coordinating with various industries and organizations for placement of students and arranging training programs to enhance their employability.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. **Industry Collaboration**: Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals, firms, and organizations to facilitate student placements.

2. **Training Programs**: Organize and oversee training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance students’ practical skills and industry readiness.

3. **Career Guidance**: Provide career counselling to students and assist them in understanding the dynamics of the civil engineering job market.

4. **Placement Drives**:Conduct and manage campus placement drive and off-campus interviews.

5. **Alumni Network**: Develop and engage with the alumni network for career opportunities and mentorship for current students.

6. **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain records of student placements and generate placement reports.

7. **Market Research**:Stay updated with industry trends and requirements to align training programs accordingly.

**Qualification & Skills**:

- A bachelor's degree is typically required, preferably in a field related to human resources, business administration, education, or a relevant discipline.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with employers and understand their hiring needs.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of student placements, employer contacts, and other relevant data.
- Skills in marketing and promoting students to potential employers, showcasing their skills and qualifications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to create placement opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
