** Job Description**:

- Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with applicable accounting-
- standards (e.g., Ind AS / IFRS).-
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities related to the rental business, including lease-
- income, operating expenses, depreciation, and lease liabilities.-
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.-
- Analyze financial performance and variances related to warehouse rental income, occupancy-
- rates, and operational costs.-
- Ensure timely billing and revenue recognition of rental income from warehouse tenants.-
- Monitor accounts receivable and support collection efforts for rental dues.-
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, especially in relation to rental income and-
- warehouse operating costs.-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper allocation of costs to warehouse-
- facilities.-
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory and internal audits.-
- Stay updated on industry regulations, GST implications, and financial reporting requirements-
- Specific to the warehousing sector.** Qualifications**:

- ? Qualification: CA preferred
? Experience: 10+ years of relevant expertise
