1.Well versed in CNC& VMC Programming and Complete Tooling knowledge.

2.CNC Process approval and Job setting hands on experience.

3.Coordinating/mentoring CNC operators, in terms of Performance, quality & delivery.

4.Experienced in analyzing the rejected parts & preparing/executing Corrective and Preventive actions (CAPA).

5.Should have knowledge on conventional machining processes like drilling, milling, turning and grinding.

6.Should have hands on experience on Fine boring bars, Reamers, Inserts, Drill bits and Tap selection with good Negotiation skill and Procurement of the same.

7.Optimize the allocation of available resources, track individual time sheets

8.Machine Shop scheduling and Coordinating Machine Maintenance Activities.

9.Should aware of employee work place safety
