**Description**

Closers are responsible for driving the internal CTC to Fund processes: including CD creation, closing package creation, and quality reviews.

Generate accurate and timely disclosures and documents and Ability to understand regulatory requirements and impacts

**Responsibilities**
- Communicate/coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Generate accurate and timely disclosures and closing documents and ensure all regulatory requirements are met..
- Confirm Closing Appointment and Balance Final Closing disclosure by coordinating with settlement agents.
- Schedule Closing by coordinating with settlement agents and external parties.
- Coordinate with E2E coordinator and title companies to secure traction against key milestones
- Issue identification and resolution
- Ensure loans fund on time
- Assist with post-closing disbursement issues, supp wires, etc..

**Basic Qualifications/ Skill Sets**
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of [1] years of experience in mortgage funding, loan processing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of mortgage loan documentation, terms, and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using mortgage industry software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
