**Roles and Responsibilities of Sales Associate**:
1. Developing the sales strategies and action plans.

2. Maintain the annual sales targets.

3. Building strong relationships with customers.

4. Maintain partnership with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

5. Effective communication of USP (Unique Selling Proposition) through proposal and presentation.

6. Prepare the sales report and many tasks given by head.
