**- Inter-branch Ledger Reconciliation and also other group entities (sister concern) ledger reconciliation on monthly basis.
- Preparation and evaluation of project wise actual cash flows as compared to projected Cash flows.
- Reviewing and ensuring that Payment of all statutory dues and filing of returns within the due date and related accounting entries are in order.
- Assuring that all group entities payroll processing entries in tally are in line with final sheets.
- Preparation of MIS reports on a regular basis, as well as other reports as directed by the department head.
- Ensuring that closure of books of accounts on monthly basis.
- Preparation of GST Input Reconciliation statements in co-ordination with other team members.
- Providing the finalized data to GST consultants on monthly basis for Preparation of GST Liability
- Posting GST Adjustment entries upon receipt of Monthly final GST liability sheets from external GST consultants.
- Preparation of Internal audit reports on regular intervals
- Assisting external auditors and consultants in various statutory, GST assessments and other finalization works.
- Assisting HOD in various minor tasks as needed.
- Supporting the Accounts team in their daily functions
- Preparation of Flat Advance MIS Reports by compiling data from CRM team and Accounts Team and reconciliation of flat advances data.
- Preparation of Flat advance TDS Sheets in the Specified formats for payment of TDS
- Preparation and filing of quarterly TDS returns

**Skills Required**:

- Good Knowledge of GST.
- Good knowledge of ROC filing.
- Good knowledge of M.S office, Tally & SAP.
