The quality and integrity of our footwear products before they reach our customers. Your attention to detail, understanding of manufacturing processes, and commitment to maintaining high standards will contribute to the overall success of our brand. You will collaborate closely with the production team to identify and address any quality issues, ensuring that only top-notch products are delivered to our customers.

- Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document and report inspection results, maintaining accurate records of quality checks.
- Identify defects and non-conformities in products and processes and communicate findings to the production team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address quality concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized inspection area and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Assist in training new employees on quality standards and inspection techniques.
