Microsoft Architect (SharePoint/Office 365)

**Location**: Ahmedabad. It’s not remote position. We allow remote work only occasionally.

**Experience**: 10+ Years

**Responsibilities**
- Lead client engagements, working closely with them to understand business requirements and propose effective IT solutions.
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initial assessment and planning to implementation and post-implementation support.
- Design and implement SharePoint solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on technical issues and consulting best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in SharePoint environments.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development and SPFx.
- Proficient in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure,.NET Core, and React would be considered an added advantage
- Strong understanding of overall IT infrastructure and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate diverse project teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
