**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Content Creation**
- Adapt tone and style based on platform and audience persona.

**2. Social Media Account Management**
- Oversee daily management of all social channels.
- Create and maintain a content calendar, schedule posts, and ensure timely engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics, adjust strategy as needed, and deliver monthly reports.

**3. Lead Generation & Marketing Strategy**
- Develop and execute B2B-focused social strategies to generate and nurture leads.
- Identify and grow target audience databases.
- Optimize content distribution to reach decision-makers and influencers.

**4. Campaign Management**
- Plan, launch, and manage **paid ad campaigns** across relevant platforms.
- Track campaign ROI and provide actionable insights for improvement.

**5. Design & Creative Development**
- Design creative, branded content for various platforms — LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. all type of designs and Video reels creation and edit

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management for B2B clients.
- Hands-on experience
- Familiarity with the business consulting/advisory/finance domain.
- Portfolio or case studies showcasing previous work in similar roles.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
