**FURNITURE DESIGNER JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATION**
- Designing all types of furniture like commercial, residential, retail, luxury furniture, modular, etc.
- Preparation of Presentation Drawing, detailed working drawing, and furniture production knowledge **(is a must)**:

- Develop final designs with color schemes.
- Production drawings, Dimensional drawings, Main assembly drawings, and Parts drawings.
- Bill of Materials and furniture costing.
- Proficient in detailed shop drawings related to furniture projects.
- Material Selection: Work with the Product Engineers and Procurement Managers on material selection
- Interface with other departments to develop solutions and provide technical insights to resolve technical issues.
- Evaluate issues such as pricing and fixing costs, fashion, purchasing, safety, materials, manufacturing methods, and techniques.

**QUALICATIONS**
- Minimum Bachelor's or PG Degree in Furniture Design or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Furniture Designing, production & execution for retail, hospitality & residential Projects.
- Proficient Knowledge and Experience in Auto Cad, Google Sketch Up, 3d Max, Rendering, Photoshop, and other related software.
- Having Sound Knowledge of Furniture Designing, bills of materials, finishes, and latest industry trends.

**STRUCTURAL DESIGNER JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Generate 3D Renderings and planning-level design documents utilizing Infraworks.
- Produce maps, diagrams, and profiles, using cross-sections and surveys, to represent elevations, topographical contours, subsurface formations and structures.
- Create maps, diagrams and profiles using civil 3D design surfaces.
- Draft plan view of detailed, and rough grading plans for various clientele, such as commercial and industrial developers.
- Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from civil engineers to ensure that they conform to design concepts.
- Generate earthwork models and utilize civil 3D tools to perform quantity calculations and prepare “heat maps” depicting areas of deep cut and/or fill.

**QUALICATIONS**
- AutoCAD Civil 3D expert level, Stand Pro, 3D Max, Google Sketch-up, ArcGIS, Revit.
- Diversified experience within various stages/design elements of a project is a plus.Minimum of 2+ years of experience.

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
