**Manpower Request for Machining Project**
- **Role**: Machine shop setter - (2 Manpower)
- **Area**: Machining Project
- **Qualification**: Diploma / NTTF
- **Experience**: 4 to 6 Years

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Diploma with (4-6) Years experience on Turning & Turn-mill machine.
- Load cutting based on tool setup sheet data provided by the programmer.
- Prioritize & setup multiple machines, ensure all the cutting tools are readily available to take Tool offset & work offset individually.
- Observe machine operation to verify accuracy of setup machine using precision measuring instruments such as micrometer and vernier etc.
- Ability to machine the soft jaw based on the required holding diameter of the component.
- Set-up and manage CNC machines to perform different jobs like turning, milling & drilling.
- Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to improved results.
- Knowledge on G code & M codes.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
