**Job Title: Sales Executive (Fresher) - Export of Spices**
**Location**: Gota, Ahmedabad
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and research potential international buyers and distributors for spices.
- Support in generating leads and maintaining sales databases.
- Assist in preparing and sending quotations, proforma invoices, and follow-ups with buyers.
- Coordinate with the production, logistics, and documentation teams for smooth order execution.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product information.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor export market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and online B2B platforms (if required).
- Maintain proper sales records, reports, and documentation for management review.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
- Good communication and negotiation skills (spoken and written English a must).
- Knowledge or interest in international business, export procedures, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong learning attitude with willingness to grow in the export sales field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
**Preferred Attributes**
- Familiarity with spices/agro-commodity sector (added advantage, not mandatory).
- Basic understanding of international trade platforms (e.g., Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia).
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to explore overseas markets.
