**Reports to**: Café Manager / Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty drinks.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Educate customers on menu items, coffee blends, and brewing methods.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
- Ensure consistency in the quality, presentation, and taste of beverages.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and inventory as needed.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately.
- Assist in café opening and closing procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless café experience.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and menu changes.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
