**Subject Matter Expert-AppDynamics advanced** **Scope of Work & Responsibilities**: **Learning Design & Curriculum Development** - Analyze and/or define clear **learning objectives** for each course. - Review or create comprehensive **course outlines**, ensuring they reflect advanced AppDynamics topics and best practices. **Video Content Review** - Review 7-9 **video scripts** per course for technical depth, clarity, and accuracy. - Suggest edits and updates as required. - Incorporate one round of internal and one round of client feedback. **Demonstrations & Screencasts** - Create or provide **relevant static or recorded demos/screencasts** for inclusion in course videos. - Validate all **code snippets, configurations, and workflows** used in the demos. - Incorporate one round of internal and one round of client feedback. **Tool/Software Integration** - For AI/software/tool-based courses, recommend relevant **freeware or open-source tools**. - Write, review, and test any associated **code or configurations** to ensure proper functionality. **Reading Material Review** - Review 4-6 **readings per course** (up to 1200 words each). - Ensure content is technically accurate and aligned with the course goals. - Provide feedback, rewrite sections as necessary, and incorporate required rounds of feedback. **Hands-On Activities** - Design 1-2 **labs or hands-on activities** per course in formats preferred by the client. - Ensure the labs are practical, scenario-based, and reinforce course concepts. - Validate code, test the labs, and incorporate feedback. **Assessments & Evaluation** - Review **5 sets of quizzes or assessments per course** (each with 5-10 questions). - Validate the correctness, difficulty level, and alignment with learning objectives. - Suggest improvements and incorporate revisions based on feedback. **Video Recording** - Record approximately **20-25 minutes of "talking head" video content per course** (onsite or remotely via Zoom). - Present advanced AppDynamics concepts clearly and professionally. - Be open to re-records as per one round of feedback. **Sign-Off & Documentation** - Provide **digital signatures** for inclusion on the learning platform. - Be available for ongoing **client and internal content discussions** as required. **Required Skills & Experience**: - 5+ years of experience in **AppDynamics Monitoring**, with a strong focus on **advanced configurations, diagnostics, and enterprise-scale deployments**. - Deep understanding of APM concepts, business transactions, custom dashboards, alerting, and integration with CI/CD. - Prior experience in **technical content creation, instructional design, or corporate training** is a strong plus. - Ability to write, review, and test **Java/.NET instrumentation**, **synthetic monitoring**, **custom metrics**, and **dashboards**. - Strong communication skills and comfort with **video-based knowledge sharing**. **Preferred Qualifications**: - AppDynamics Certified Professional (e.g., Performance Analyst, Implementation Professional) - Familiarity with related tools (Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic) - Prior experience in **L&D, edtech, or e-learning content development** **Timelines** **Project start date**: Immediate **Time Availability**: 25 hours per course **Job Type**: Part-time, Contract **Work Location**:Remote **Job Type**: Part-time **Experience**: - Advanced AppDynamics : 5 years (preferred) Work Location: Remote
