**Driver - LMV (Light Motor Vehicles)**

**Location**: Aluva, Ernakulam

**Salary**: ₹13,000 per month + Overtime

**Job Type**:

- **Driving**: Responsible for operating light motor vehicles (LMV) for company-related transportation tasks.
- **Additional Responsibilities**: Ensuring vehicle maintenance, safety, and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vehicle Operation**:

- Drive light motor vehicles for transportation of goods, documents, or passengers as per company requirements.
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of items or passengers to designated locations.
- Follow traffic laws and road safety measures at all times.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**:

- Perform regular checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
- Keep the vehicle clean and ensure it is well-maintained at all times.
- **Route Planning**:

- Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries or pickups.
- Handle any logístical challenges like roadblocks, delays, etc., and find alternative routes when necessary.
- **Documentation**:

- Ensure that all necessary documentation, including trip logs and delivery forms, is completed correctly.
- Maintain records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and other vehicle-related information.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Interact professionally with customers and team members during deliveries.
- Address customer queries or issues in a polite and courteous manner.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Adhere to company safety guidelines, traffic rules, and regulations during all driving activities.
- Ensure that all passengers and cargo are secured properly in the vehicle.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: SSLC or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in driving LMVs.
- **Valid LMV License**: Must have a valid LMV driving license.
- **Communication**: Basic communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage delivery schedules efficiently.
- **Vehicle Maintenance Knowledge**: Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and handling minor issues.
- **Reliability**: Dependability and punctuality in completing tasks on time.

**Salary & Benefits**:
