**About the Role**:
We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy Driver to join our team in Aluva, Ernakulam. Whether you are a fresher or have 1-2 years of experience, we are looking for a dedicated individual who is reliable and committed to safe driving. As a Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe transportation while maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Safe Driving**: Ensure the safe transportation of passengers and goods to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle and ensure it is in good working condition. Regularly check the vehicle for any issues and report any maintenance requirements.
- **Route Planning**: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to avoid delays and ensure timely delivery/pick-up.
- **Vehicle Documentation**: Ensure all necessary vehicle documentation is up to date, including insurance, registration, and permits.
- **Timeliness**: Arrive on time for pick-ups and deliveries. Maintain punctuality in all transportation schedules.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent service to passengers by ensuring comfort, safety, and assistance as needed.
- **Adherence to Rules**: Follow traffic rules and regulations at all times and maintain a clean driving record.
- **Fuel Management**: Ensure proper fuel management and monitor fuel consumption.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: SSLC or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Fresher or 1-2 years of driving experience.
- **Skills**:

- Valid driving license.
- Familiarity with local routes in Aluva and Ernakulam.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to follow directions and maintain a safe driving record.
