**Job Title**: IT Project Coordinator Intern

**Location**: Noida Sector 62

**Job Summary**: The IT Project Coordinator Intern will assist project managers in coordinating various IT projects, ensuring systematic management and successful completion. The intern will handle administrative tasks, communicate project details to team members, monitor progress, provide updates to stakeholders, and ensure resources are available for task completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating project plans and implementing solutions for small IT projects.
- Enter required data for IT business functions and processes.
- Maintain data integrity in project management tools such as Clarity PPM and SharePoint.
- Process IT project and portfolio change requests in agreement with department timelines.
- Assist in the creation of IT process and project documentation.
- Track technology assets per established methods.
- Help with ad-hoc administrative IT tasks.
- Analyze and update technical information for Data Center Optimization (DCO).

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and IT project management tools.
- Good critical thinking skills and the ability to deconstruct problems into actionable tasks.
- Some knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, storage, data centers) is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

**Desired Skills**:

- Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with IT project methodology and process documentation.
- Ability to work across multiple technical groups to achieve a goal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
