**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation and repair of air conditioning systems.
- Carry tools, equipment, and parts to job sites.
- Clean and maintain work areas and tools.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
- Help diagnose issues and support the technician during service calls.
- Maintain good communication with customers and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of AC systems (training can be provided).
- Physically fit and able to work in different weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Punctual, honest, and responsible.
- Previous experience is a plus but not required.
