**Position : Counsellor**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Providing counselling to students, care givers (parents and/or guardians), trainers and staff.
- Maintaining records of sessions and monthly summary report of the same.
- Planning and conducting peer group sessions with trainers every fortnight.
- Developing and reviewing sensitization training plans for current and potential employers
- Going for periodic visits to homes and employment sites to understand the living and work environments of students

**Experience Requirement**:

- Have counselling / social work experience of minimum 1 year
- Have sound knowledge of therapeutic process skills and psychotherapy, preferably Person Centered and Cognitive behavior Therapy approaches
- Having experience or exposure to special education would be useful

**Education Requirement**:

- Master’s Degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology or Social Work

**Knowledge ,Skills and Language Requirement**:

- Ability to work with a diverse team
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills (verbal, written)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,852.53 - ₹29,311.35 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

- Santacruz - 400054, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
