We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive with a proven track record of growing and engaging audiences on social media platforms. If you're passionate about social media, content creation, and have a personal Instagram following of at least 30,000, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- **Content Creation**: Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- **Community Engagement**: Build and maintain a strong online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor, track, and report on key social media metrics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to align social media content with overall brand strategy.
- **Influencer Partnerships**: Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand our reach and engagement.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive.

**Requirements**:

- **Instagram Following**: A personal Instagram account with at least 30,000 engaged followers.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative skills with the ability to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to measure and optimize performance.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- **Team Player**: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with social media advertising.
- Familiarity with content marketing strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
