**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy and counseling to patients with mental health and substance abuse disorders.
- Administer and adjust medications as necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, counselors, and social workers.
- Participate in family education and counseling sessions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- MD in Psychiatry from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Punjab.
- Experience working in a rehabilitation or mental health setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Empathy and dedication to patient care.
