**Role Overview**

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to new customers through cold calling, re-engaging inactive/lost customers, analyzing customer feedback, and supporting on-ground brand promotions through canopies and exhibitions. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication, persistence, and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead Generation & Cold Calling
- Identify and call potential new customers.
- Pitch Morning Crate’s products and subscription model.
- Maintain follow-ups for conversion.
- Customer Retention & Win-back
- Reach out to inactive or lost customers, understand reasons for churn, and pitch solutions.
- Suggest the right product offerings based on customer needs.
- Maintain customer relationship and ensure satisfaction.
- Data & Reporting
- Maintain records of calls, feedback, and conversions.
- Analyze customer loss trends and provide reports with actionable insights.
- Share weekly and monthly sales updates with management.
- On-ground Activities
- Represent Morning Crate at canopies, stalls, and exhibitions.
- Engage with walk-in prospects, explain products, and collect leads.
- Assist in setup and smooth execution of such events.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with customer support and operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and service.
- Share customer insights with the marketing team for campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills (English & Hindi preferred).
- Confidence in cold calling and face-to-face customer interaction.
- Ability to listen, understand customer pain points, and respond effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
- Willingness to participate in field activities (canopies, exhibitions, etc.).
- Previous sales experience is preferred, but motivated freshers with good communication skills may apply.
