We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychologist to support elderly individuals with dementia. The role involves conducting therapy sessions, providing emotional support, working closely with caregivers, and helping improve the mental well-being of patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct psychological assessments and therapy sessions for dementia patients.
- Design and implement cognitive and behavioral intervention programs.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and caregivers.
- Collaborate with social workers and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Educate families and caregivers on managing dementia-related challenges.
- Assist in organizing support groups and therapy programs.
- Maintain records of patient progress and therapy sessions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical or Counseling).
- Experience or interest in geriatric psychology and dementia care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a deep understanding of mental health care.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
