Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Weekly one day off)

**Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000**

Madras Counseling Services is looking for a passionate and dedicated **Psychologist** to join our team. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to provide mental health support, promote awareness, and contribute to impactful initiatives.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Counseling and Case Management**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions both online and offline for individuals of all age groups.
- Write and review case studies, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality.
- Maintain the ethics of counseling and support the organization’s goals.

**Outreach and Collaboration**:

- Approach schools, colleges, and organizations to establish collaborations for mental health initiatives.
- Develop partnerships that expand our mental health programs and outreach effort

**Workshops and Awareness Programs**
- Plan and conduct webinars, seminars, and workshops for psychology and non-psychology backgrounds, both online and offline.
- Create activities and worksheets to simplify the understanding of psychology concepts.
- Develop creative idea and initiative to break the stigma surrounding mental health and promote awareness globally.

**Content Creation**:

- Create and edit engaging video and post content for social media related to psychology and mental health.
- Support campaigns to enhance the reach and visibility of mental health initiatives.

**Organizational Support**
- Follow company rules and procedures diligently.
- Actively contribute to organizational development through ideas and collaboration.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- **Bsc and Msc in Psychology( stream)**

**Fresher are welcome**
- Language - Tamil and English fluent( **tamil language must)**
- Opportunity to work on impactful mental health initiatives.
- Skill development in content creation, outreach, and counseling.
- Collaborative and supportive work environment

**Additional Benefits**

- Ownership of a two-wheeler (bike or scooter) with a valid license.
