- Teach Biology at the Senior Secondary (9th -12th) level as per the CBSE /NIOS curriculum.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet educational standards and student needs.
- Provide regular feedback and assessments to students to track academic progress.
- **Student Engagement and Support**:

- Foster an interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Prepare students for board exams and help them with exam strategies.
- Encourage student involvement in co-curricular activities related to science (science fairs, exhibitions, etc.).
- **Curriculum Development and Implementation**:

- Assist in designing and updating the science curriculum in alignment with the latest CBSE guidelines.
- Integrate interdisciplinary learning opportunities into the science curriculum.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a disciplined and respectful classroom environment.
- Maintain a positive relationship with students, ensuring that they feel motivated and comfortable.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Master’s Degree in Biology, Zoology, Botany, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Life Sciences.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.

**Experience-**
- At least 5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level, preferably with CBSE curriculum.
- Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum and educational best practices.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools for teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
