- **Student Support**: Mentor students, addressing their academic and personal needs while promoting a positive classroom environment.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with colleagues to integrate cross-disciplinary learning and contribute to the broader school community.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated on IB practices, educational trends, and advancements in biology to continuously enhance teaching methods.
- **Extracurricular Involvement**: Support and participate in science-related extracurricular activities and events.
