- Organising and anchoring the New Hire Orientation programme to enable easy settling-in and acculturalization of new joinees
- Tracking L&D related data and generating regular MIS reports as required
- Create learning journeys for each role / grade group and map completion.
- Curate and deploy eLearning content specific to the business unit of work.
- Publish weekly / Monthly as well as quarter wise reporting.

Close both TNI and Competency Gap trainings.
