**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as a **UX Designer,** UI Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio of design projects

**ROLE SUMMARY**:
In this role, you will be responsible for researching and designing user interfaces, creating prototypes and performing usability testing while complying with the design system.

This role includes leading the **UX team** on the projects and driving the tasks assigned efficiently.

You will be a reliable and crucial team member who can anticipate client needs.

As a **Sr. UX Designer**, you will design and deliver an easy-to-use user interface and user experience. You will work with the stakeholders, gather requirements, plan and conduct user research and competitive analysis, create user stories, personas, story boards, wireframes, prototypes, low-fidelity designs and high-fidelity designs and perform usability testing while complying with the design system.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Accountable for all the decisions and delivery of (product design) the user interface and aspects of_ **user experience **_- address user’s needs while keeping in mind the stakeholder’s needs and wants
- Should have an ability to refine other people’s ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly visual experience through your design - proven ability delivering high quality designs to customers
- Strong skills in **Adobe XD/Figma App/Sketch/Invision/Abstract.**:

- Able to communicate with various clientele and stakeholders, challenge them with the right design/design direction and able to help ship the product by working closely with the product owner and the engineering team.
- Able to communicate with the clientele and the stakeholders to be able to sell the ideas in a proficient way.

**Good to have**:

- Create and understand workflows, edge cases and use standardized patterns
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and enable usability testing
- Ability to understand research and understand the user using the right methods
