**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and dispatches.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement inventory control measures to avoid shortages or excesses.
- **Coordination with Purchasing Team**:

- Collaborate with the purchase team to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Verify received goods against purchase orders and report any discrepancies.
- Provide inventory data to support purchasing decisions.
- **Accounting and Ledger Maintenance**:

- Maintain manual ledgers and update records promptly.
- Track inventory costs and prepare stock valuation reports.
- Assist in generating invoices and managing payments related to inventory.
- **Productivity and Accountability Oversight**:

- Monitor the productivity of assemblers and track job work performance.
- Ensure proper allocation of resources and accountability for completed tasks.
- Report inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Maintain compliance with documentation and audit requirements.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and inventory forecasts.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Stock Manager** or similar role, preferably in the **steel or manufacturing industry**.
- Strong knowledge of **inventory control processes** and **manual ledger maintenance**.
- Basic understanding of **accounting principles** and proficiency in maintaining ledgers.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with purchasing teams and suppliers.
- Experience in monitoring **assembler and job work productivity** is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** (Excel, Word) and familiarity with **ERP systems** is a plus.
- Working knowledge of the **steel industry** will be an added advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in **Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration**, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3**-5 years** in inventory or stock management.
- **Skills**: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
