Providing feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.

To perform this job effectively, a telecaller for cold calling in India must possess the following skills and qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English and any other regional language

Good persuasion and negotiation skills

Ability to handle objections and rejections from potential customers

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Basic computer skills

Prior experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred, but not mandatory

Minimum education qualification of Graduation.
