**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Academic Leadership**_
- Lead curriculum development and implementation in alignment with AICTE/UGC norms and NEP 2020 framework.
- Ensure quality and effectiveness in teaching-learning processes, assessments, and student outcomes.
- Drive innovation in pedagogy, interdisciplinary learning, and lab integration.
- **Teaching & Student Engagement**_
- Supervise final-year projects, postgraduate dissertations, and guide Ph.D. scholars.
- Foster student development through mentoring, career guidance, and industry exposure.
- **Research & Innovation**_
- Initiate and lead funded research projects, consultancy, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Encourage faculty and students to engage in research, patents, and publications in reputed journals and conferences.
- Organize seminars, conferences, and faculty development programs (FDPs).
- **Administrative & Departmental Management**_
- Manage departmental operations: timetable planning, lab coordination, faculty workload, and academic scheduling.
- Handle accreditation processes (NBA, NAAC), internal audits, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with examination and academic cells for smooth functioning.
- **Faculty Development & Team Building**_
- Mentor faculty in teaching methodologies, research, and career progression.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify faculty training needs.
- Promote a collaborative and progressive work culture.
- **Industry & Academic Partnerships**_
- Forge industry linkages for student internships, training, placements, and live projects.
- Establish MoUs with academic/research institutions and industry partners.
- Drive initiatives such as center of excellence, hackathons, and innovation labs.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Educational Qualification**_
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline **(CSE/ME/EE/IT/ECE/CE)** is **mandatory**.
- First class in **B.Tech/B.E.** and **M.Tech/M.E.**in respective specialization.
- **Experience**_
- Minimum **8-10 years** of academic and research experience.
- Strong publication record in reputed journals. (preferred)
- At least 3 years in a leadership or administrative capacity preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
