We are looking for Associate Professor, Assistant Professor & Professor for Management and Commerce Programs at NIMS University, Jaipur.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching and Instruction**:

- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in management, commerce, and related fields.
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessments.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods, including case studies, project-based learning, and interactive sessions.
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.

**Research and Publications**:

- Engage in high-quality academic and applied research in the field of management and commerce.
- Publish research in reputable journals and contribute to the academic community.
- Supervise doctoral and master's research projects and assist students in their research endeavors.
- Seek external funding opportunities for research projects.

**Department and University Contribution**:

- Actively participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and academic committees.
- Contribute to the development and review of departmental policies and strategies.
- Participate in university-wide activities such as conferences, seminars, and outreach programs.

**Collaboration and Networking**:

- Foster collaborations with other academic institutions, industry partners, and research organizations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and academic advancements to enhance the department's offerings.
- Represent the department and university at academic and professional events.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
**Educational Qualifications**:

- A Ph.D. in Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is **preferred.**
- A Master’s degree (MBA, M.Com, or equivalent) with an outstanding academic record is required.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the university level, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role such as Assistant Professor or Associate Professor.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, research, and curriculum development.
- Proven record of research publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Experience in supervising graduate and postgraduate research projects is desirable.
