**Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Google Ads Management**:

- Set clear campaign goals (e.g., brand visibility, website traffic, lead generation).
- Perform keyword research to identify high-intent and relevant keywords.
- Write and refine compelling ad copy with effective calls to action (CTAs).
- Set up and manage ad extensions such as sitelinks and call extensions.
- Optimize landing pages to improve user engagement and conversions.
- Create and structure Google Ads campaigns and ad groups strategically.
- Monitor and adjust budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking through Google Ads and integrate Google Analytics.
- Run A/B tests on ads and landing pages to identify top-performing variations.
- Use negative keywords to reduce unnecessary ad spend.
- Design and manage remarketing campaigns to target previous website visitors.

**Social Media Marketing**:

- Develop and execute ad campaigns on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Create compelling ad creatives and content, collaborating with the design team.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns for higher engagement and conversions.
- Track performance and analyze key metrics (e.g., CTR, ROI).
- Stay updated on the latest trends and features across social media platforms to optimize campaigns.

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Regularly report on Google Ads and social media campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Analyze data and suggest optimizations to increase efficiency and results.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Hands-on experience with **Google Ads**, **Google Analytics**, and **social media advertising** (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Strong skills in **keyword research**, **ad copywriting**, and **A/B testing**.
- Experience in **conversion tracking** setup and Google Analytics integration.
- Ability to optimize landing pages for improved conversion rates.
- Familiarity with various bidding strategies and campaign structures.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage part-time hours effectively while meeting campaign objectives.
