Proyasis Solutions is a fast-growing software company specializing in innovative IT solutions. We are looking for a talented and experienced **Digital Marketing Executive** to join our dynamic team and help drive our digital marketing strategy forward.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies**:

- Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and manage search engine marketing campaigns (Google Ads, etc.).

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Create and schedule engaging content, monitor performance, and analyze results to improve engagement and reach.

**Content Creation and Management**:

- Collaborate with the content team to create blogs, articles, infographics, videos, and other content for digital platforms.
- Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and meets marketing goals.

**Performance Tracking & Reporting**:

- Monitor the performance of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other digital marketing tools.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, suggesting improvements for better ROI.

**Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization**:

- Work closely with the sales team to generate and qualify leads through digital channels.
- Optimize landing pages, forms, and other digital touchpoints for better conversion rates.

**SEO/SEM Optimization**:

- Conduct ongoing SEO audits to ensure the company’s website is performing optimally.
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.

**Required Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, etc.
- Excellent understanding of on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills for digital channels.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certification in digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Salary range: ₹18,000 to ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and expertise.
