**Job Title: LMS Administrator**

**Department: Academic**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) platform, including user

accounts, content uploading, and system maintenance.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs and develop content for online courses, webinars, and other digital learning materials.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users encountering issues with the LMS platform.
- Monitor learner progress and engagement within courses, generate reports, and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, webinars, and other virtual learning events using the LMS platform.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online learning technologies and

instructional design methodologies.
- Train and support instructors, administrators, and other users on how to effectively utilize the features and functionalities of the LMS platform.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing Learning Management Systems, preferably in a corporate

setting.
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Digii, Tribyte, Moodle,

Canvas, Blackboard), as well as familiarity with SCORM and other e-learning standards.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Certification in LMS administration or relevant fields is a plus.

**Experience**:

- **3+ years of experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) or related educational technology platforms.**
- Demonstrated experience in providing technical support and training to users.
- Experience in instructional design, course development, or curriculum planning is advantageous.

**Location-** Salt Lake sector-3, Kolkata

**Salary
- **20-40k in hand

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
