Greetings from TCSWe are looking for - SAP SuccessFactors - Learning Management Systems (SF-LMS)Experience: 5+ YearsLocation: Kolkata and AhmedabadDesired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)Certification in SucessFactors Learning Management SystemDesigning, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors LMS environmentHandling the efficient and effective operation of the learning management system to meet clients needsExpertise in LMS reporting, exposure to PRD reportingPerforming all aspects of SuccessFactors LMS administration Experience in working with Integration with SuccessFactors module.At least 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements.Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processesGood understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organizationDesigning, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors
