- DAY SHIFT - 9:00AM - 5:00PM
, Starting salary 12,000/- and above based on experience sky is the limit.
- Applicant should know these Languages : English & Malayalam is must Hindi is optional
- Inform customers about the company.
- Manage inbound/ outbound customer calls
- Generate leads that develop into new customers
- Identify customer's needs and convince the customer.
- Gain knowledge and clarify information wherever required
- A minimum degree is required.
- Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department will be an advantage.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks with patience.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi - 682020, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
